1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, FOR ANY REASON, return it. You do not need an authorization number. Just send the item back at your expense, insured, within 30 days. Please include the invoice and the reason for the return.

2. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Your return will be refunded in the same payment manner as your original purchase.

3. Items returned with visible signs of wear will be charged a 10% restocking fee for polishing. Specially ordered merchandise is non-refundable, non-exchangeable. This includes customization of center stone, shortened or lengthened bracelets and chains, and engraved items.

4. If your order qualified for Free Ground Shipping and your order is returned, we will deduct up to $10 per item for shipping charges. If your order qualified for 2 Day Shipping and your order is returned, we will deduct up to $20 per item for shipping charges. If your order qualified for Overnight Shipping and your order is returned, we will deduct up to $30 per item for shipping charges.

5. If your purchase item does not fit, or you would like to exchange it for a different style, include the new item number you would like to exchange for on your invoice and follow the same instructions as a return. Returned merchandise must be in new and undamaged condition.

6. Items returned after 30 days are not entitled to refunds.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. JoeDia is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
