Terms and Policies

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at www.fedex.com.

For Security reasons, JoeDia.com ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

All orders processed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

All standard orders are insured and shipped by FedEx Ground.

Custom orders that require sizing may require additional time.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number or call 1-888-353-0363, as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to JoeDia.com according to our 30 Day money back return policy.

JoeDia.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
