Will you create a custom piece of jewelry for me? We can customize a ring within reason. For example, we can change the size and shape of the center stone or change the side stones. We can also replicate a particular style or design of ring that you like or have seen elsewhere but cannot find. What’s more, if there is a particular ring that you desire but cannot afford it, we can produce a similar ring and make it affordable to you by leveraging the size, color and clarity of the stone. Are your diamonds certified? Yes. All of our diamonds are certified by a professional gemologist and every diamond product is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

What if I need the ring resized? If your JoeDia.com ring does not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 30 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 10-14 business days.

Can I buy from you if I live outside the United States? At this time, we do not accept international orders.

Will you deliver on Saturdays? If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. FedEx Saturday Service, available in the vast majority of US cities, is subject to availability. If Saturday Service is unavailable in your area, we can arrange for you to pick up your package at the FedEx World Service Center nearest you.
