1. Click the link in the email to redeem the gift certificate. If you can’t find email check junk/spam mail box or click below link.

2. Click to Register with our website using same email address where e-gift certificate was received.
3. After logging in you’ll see ‘Gift Certificate’ section in the left.
4. Click ‘Redeem value’, enter gift certificate code you received in the email, then click ‘Apply’.
5. If you see message “The gift certificate is applied to your account successfully”, you have successfully redeemed your gift certificate.
6. To check balance, click ‘View Balance’ in the ‘Gift Certificate’ section in the left.
7. Start shopping! Your balance will be automatically applied to any future purchases you make.

Gift Certificates are valid towards the purchase price of any JoeDia.com online products.
If there is a remaining balance it can be used toward later purchase.
Unused amounts cannot be refunded or returned unless required by law.
